Pulled our P.irminia sac earlier tonight (video of that is uploading now) and as we were seperating the eggs w/ legs, we noticed something interesting...one has one abdomen, two heads and 16 legs - all wiggling! We've never run across this before, thought it was very interesting and wanted to share some pics of the little guys/girls...

John Oh yeah - I'll be keeping a close eye on that one and will definately preserve it if it doesn't survive. I'd love to see it after a few molts!!

Don't know what to think of this one! The wife and I were cleaning off the P.irminia incubator - just getting some shed molts out - and she noticed this guy. All I can say is that it appears that his legs are on backwards!! He's walking with his carapace and eyes are facing the ground and his fangs and booklungs are facing up...just walking around like that. I'm starting to wonder if one of the parents grew up next to a nuclear power plant!! Check him out:

that's insane rob! god i hope these guys make it that is just a trip and a half. that one will probably need help at feeding time. maybe not, im always amazed by the adaptability of these guys. a good way to test yor theory is to turn out the lights and see if they glow lol

Decided to shoot a quick short video of our P.irminia Siamese twins wondering around their incubator. They are very mobile and seem to be doing just fine!
